Moon walker suing hair hawker?

Moon walker suing hair hawker?
by Jennifer Guevin
According to The Associated Press, Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon, is threatening to sue his barber.
What has the former astronaut so riled up? Armstrong is fuming because his barber, Marx Sizemore, swept up his hair after giving him a monthly trim and sold the locks he lifted on eBay. When Armstrong found out, he demanded that Sizemore get the hair back and return it to him, but the buyer, a Connecticut man who collects celebrity hair, reportedly refuses to return it.
Now Armstrong and Sizemore will have to duke it out themselves. Armstrong, who lives in Ohio, claims he is protected by a state law that guards the rights of celebrities.
Apparently the hair of a national hero can garner a decent sum. Armstrong's hair went for $3,000. If this is the start of a trend, his colleague Buzz Aldrin may have to be on the look-out the next time he goes in for his signature shave.
